Description
Provides intermediate technical direction and assistance to customers regarding the use of the product lines and facilitates account management with sales. Responsibilities may include responding to complex questions and concerns, serving as an expert in a single technology or working with multiple application technologies, and assisting customers with improving operational quality and efficiency.


Main Tasks
Respond to questions and concerns from the customers regarding product lines and general operations;
Provide technical direction and assistance to customers on the use of product lines;
Serve as an expert in a single technology or apply a working knowledge of multiple technologies and may involve multiple sites.
Serve as an operational advisor to customers by applying general quality tools and analytical concepts to assist with improving product quality and efficiency; receive direction or guidance on complex issues.
Serve as a liaison with sales by interacting with line and management personnel, developing a complete understanding of needs and operations, and providing observations and leads to sales;
Performs account management activities by facilitating new or recurring orders, developing relationships with management, and resolving problems in conjunction with sales personnel.
Serve as a liaison between sales by interacting with Product Management and R&D Laboratory, developing a complete understanding of product performance and needs/gaps, and providing observations to enable correct product development & R&D.
Track the deliverables of the R&D team vs a set milestone to ensure the products are available to deliver the sales performance required ,
Evaluate the pre-launch testing of new products and reports detailed written feedback to Product Management and R&D.
Facilitate the new product launches ensuring that all aspects of the launch plan are fulfilled,
Provide application on site support for projects,
Manage the availability for the necessary samples for the sales team as well bespoke samples for the Project Development team.
Qualifications/ Experience:
5/10 years of experience as a technical service representative for Resin Flooring systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Operations Management, or related field is preferred.
Application/Product knowledge flooring,
Utilizing industry and product applications concepts and procedures.
Understanding of advanced technical (lab, research, etc.) principles and practices.
Applying expert principles and practices within an area or general principles and practices in multiple service areas.
Build customer relationships and put together logical and coherent arguments.
Self-motivated, a good team player and possess good planning, organizational and technical problem-solving skills.
Multiple languages: English, French Italian or German,
Work from home and must live in a location suitable for travel within EMEA sales area,
Willing to travel up to 80% of his time,
