Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Include :

Provide leadership, direction and coordinate activities for multi-disciplined teams on assigned tasks

Develop strategic plans that are consistent with business objectives

Manage the program / project, provide interim reports to customer, modify plan as required

Identify major initiatives and programs

Obtain appropriate funding and manpower allocations to support these activities

Advocate management initiatives

Train, coach and mentor less experienced personnel on business and technical processes and standards

Facilitate development of key metrics that highlight progress toward key goals and develop mitigation plans as necessary to offset risks to goals and commitments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science from an accredited university or college

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a program or project leadership role within an engineering environment
